Step 1-place the collected semen into the central opening
Step 2-Load the medium into the peripheral opening, the medium will
overlay the semen layer and supply a bridge onto which the sperm will swim.
Wait 30 minutes - during this time the strongest sperm will swim up out of the seminal fluid into the medium leaving behind the seminal fluid and dead, broken or slow moving sperm which can get in the way of the healthiest sperm.
Step 3-Following the 30 minutes wait period, use the syringe to collect the fast and healthy sperm which have swum up into the medium from the peripheral opening , Inseminate!
